He is survived by: his stepmother Carol Baxter Campbell of Franklin, Tennessee; his siblings, Jeffrey S. Campbell (Karen) of Suwanee, Georgia, Kelly Campbell Rawlings (Steve) of Phoenix, Arizona and Claire K. Campbell of Nashville, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Trey, Scott Campbell, Samantha, Allison Campbell, Kinley and Emery Rawlings. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
