He is survived by: his wife Betty Pack; his children, Jeannie Pack Hastings (Melvin), Buddy Pack (Lesia), Jackie Pack Jr. (Sharon) and Brittania Pack Parker (Kody); and his grandchildren, Kayla Grizzle, Sarah Pack, Waylon Pack, Ali Pack, Lisa Pack, Buddy Pack Jr., Megan Thigpen, Lane Parker, Jase Parker, Brody Parker and Karter Parker.
