He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Daniel Edwards and Ethel Lee DeBerry Edwards; his daughter Cynthia Ann Edwards Black; and his siblings, Pless Edwards, Lester Edwards, Joe Edwards, Nellie Black, Sadie Cornellson and Albert Edwards.
He is survived by: his son Danny Edwards (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Kayla Edwards, Kyle Edwards, Korey Edwards, Braden Black and Bradley Black; and his great grandchildren, Luke Edwards and Aven Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
