He was predeceased by: his father Allen Petty; and his son Kolby Trentham. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Marlow Stinson; his daughter Ryleigh Petty; his grandson Jayden-Kale Trentham; and his siblings, Chris Petty (Tiffany) and Lacee McArthur (Brent). He is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
