He was predeceased by: his father Perry Fowler; and his wife Tammy Sue Holcombe. He is survived by: his mother Mary Catherine Manis Collins; his children, Latasha Fowler (Tony Parton), Betty Fowler, Chasity Holcombe (Dakota Pettigrew) and Dustin Walker; and his siblings, Gail Collins (Jeffery Bryson), Tersa Goodeen, Charles Fowler and Johnny Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
