He was predeceased by: his parents, Hines William Warren and Lizzie Kinsey Warren; his wife Clara Barrett Warren; his granddaughter Ashley Payton Hall; and his son-in-law Charles Dempsey Carden.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Matthew Warren and Cynthia Lee Warren Carden; his grandchildren, Andrea Hayes (Daniel), Ansley Smith (Daniel) and Amanda Wright (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Caden Smith, Emma Kate Smith, Libby Wright and Cali Cavallo.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (320 GA-48, Summerville, GA 30747). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at the Greenhill Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the Chattooga Shrine Club (P.O. Box 652 – Summerville, GA 30747).
