We are sad to announce that, on June 30, 2025, at the age of 74, James Edward Howard of Summerville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Howard and Thelma Lee Booker Howard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Howard (Tucker) of Summerville; his son David; his daughter-in-law Tricia Howard; his brother Ronald; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Howard and Sue Howard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grand children.
