He is survived by: his wife Betty Fowler Miller; his children, Jerry Wayne Miller (Sherry) of Dalton, GA, Roy E. Miller of Dalton, GA, Glenna (David Farmer) and Minnie Juanita Stombaugh of Knoxville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Pat Miller of Riverdale, GA, Janice Miller of Griffin, GA, Vickie Miller of Atlanta, GA, Kathy Miller of Rocky Face, GA and Harold Stout of Kokomo, IN; and his stepchildren-in-law, Pat Duvall of North Carolina and Jonathan Pickle of Summerville, GA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
