She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jasper Skinner and Wilma Berniece Kindred Skinner; her husband George W. Stivers; and her siblings, Judy Bruce, Peggy Allen, Darrell Skinner, Sr. and Richard Skinner.

She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Fellers (Michael Holmes) and Andy Stivers (Amy); her stepdaughter Tonya Stivers; and her grandchildren, Gavin Stivers, Finley Stivers and Tylee Stivers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
