She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl Franklin and Rebecca Rose Arnold Franklin; her husband Charles Baker; her grandson Marc Baker; and her siblings, Earlene Franklin, Charles Franklin, Wayne Franklin and Marvin Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sandra Baker; her daughters, Carol, Terry Meek and Sherry Mark Cothran; her brother Leon Franklin; and her grandchildren, Christy McDade, Casey Meek, April Welch and Marly Proctor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
