He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Brinkley and Betty Irene Phillips Brinkley; and his sister Rebecca Lynn Brinkley. He is survived by: his wife Julie Brinkley; his daughter Brianna; his son-in-law Matt Hill; his brother Terry Brinkley; and his grandsons, Jaxton Hill and Cason Hill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
