He was predeceased by: his parent J. D. Dillard. He is survived by: his mother Geneva Scoggins Dillard; his son Ethan; his daughter-in-law Olivia Nixon; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Debra Dillard; his grandchildren, Grey Nixon and Asher Nixon; and his close friends, Dennis Amberson and Kaylor Amberson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
