He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Ivey; his daughter Stephanie Ivey; his stepsons, Michael Mason and Cliff Griffith; his grandchildren, Dakota Grey and Cheyenne Faulkner; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Faulkner and Kaylie Faulkner; and his siblings, Debbie (Arnold Kilgo), Dennis (Joan Ivey) and Mike Floyd.
