She is survived by: her children, Deanna Merritt, Dean Watkins (Patti), Daniel Merritt (Shannon), Molly Watkins Gray (Josh), James D. "Jake" Watkins and Joseph Sumner; her great grandchildren, Dalton Merritt, Hayden Merritt and Sophie Gray; and her siblings, Wayne Purvis (Teresa), Donnie Purvis and Pam Spurlock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
