He is survived by: his wife Carole Dianne Osteen; his daughters, Hollie Mincey (Kendall) and Allyson Reeves (Stewart); his grandchildren, Ashley Carter (Blake), Dustin Campbell, McKenzie Mincey, Jack Reeves (Madi Taylor) and Nick Reeves; his great grandchildren, Colton Carter, Cason Carter, Brixton Campbell and Baylor Webb; and his caregiver Hannah Webb.
