She was predeceased by: her husband Lou Adkison, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Lou Adkison, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lauren Adkison of Johns Creek, GA; her grandchildren, Paige, Danny McCarty of Rye, NY, Todd and Amy Adkison of Roswell, GA; and her great grandchildren, Brett Adkison, Faith Adkison, Clayton McCarthy, William McCarthy and Brooke McCarthy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Perimeter Church (9500 Medlock Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
