He was predeceased by: his parents, P. T. Luce and Ilea Luce. He is survived by: his wife Teena Threadgill Luce; his children, Shannon Prentice (Luce), Adam Luce and Lindsay Lucas (Luce); his grandchildren, Samantha, Olivia, Cooper and Iris; and his sister Ellen Twombly.
