With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phillip Earl Carter of Suwanee, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Phillip Earl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phillip Earl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carter and Edith Carter (Edie). He is survived by: his wife Christina; his daughters, Madeline and Mary Charlotte; and his sister Carol.
