He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Kennedy Earley; and his parents, Warren Earley and Daisy Stephens Earley. He is survived by: his children, Jepp Earley (Susan McCarran Earley) of Buford, GA and LeeAnne Earley Smith (Kenneth) of Suwanee; his grandchildren, Phillip Earley of Sugar Hill, GA, Kelley Smith of Suwanee, GA and Kristen Smith of Suwanee, GA; his great grandchild Jareth Earley; and his sisters, Emily (Jackie Queen), Rachel (Aubrey King), Dora (Larry Johnson) and Doris Tarver of Buford, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
