He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Sam C. Webb and Neva Jackson Webb. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Murphy; his sons, Stewart, Neill and Collin (Caty Swanson); and his sister Nancy Webb. He is also survived by nephews and one niece.
