He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Hales and Flora A. Hales. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Scott Hales (Ginger) of Duluth, GA, Andrea Bolt (Corey) of Gainesville, GA and Jessica Musselwhite (Mark) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Jacob Hales (Ariana), Nathan Hales, Haley Bolt, Carson Bolt, Carter Bolt, Brooke Musselwhite and Doc Musselwhite; and his brothers, Richard Hales (Diane) of Elyria, OH and Gary Hales (Barbra) of Grafton, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Redeemer Church (2100 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
