She is survived by: her parents, Jeremy Fields of Swainsboro and Paula Driggers Akins (Dave) of Twin City; her grandmothers, Shirley Driggers of Swainsboro and June Johnson; her siblings, Austin Fields (Debbie) of Swainsboro, Lauren Kerbo (John) of Twin City and Lindsey Akins of Claxton; her nieces, Amelia Taylor, Austyn Fields and Elizabeth Kerbo; her nephew Tyler Fields; her close friend Robbie Bailes; and her pet Cooper. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
