He is survived by: his children, Jennie McCaskill (Lowell), Bobby Copeland (April) and Ava LaVeau; and his brother Carlton Copeland (Ann). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
