He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Lee Marsh and Sara Rich Marsh; and his son Billy Gene Marsh. He is survived by: his son Bobby Joe Marsh (Tina) of Swainsboro; and his sister Lucy Amerson of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
