He is survived by: his wife Roxanne B. Samples of Swainsboro; his children, Christopher R. Samples, Jr. of Swainsboro, Demetria L. Rountree of Swainsboro, Avia Phillips of Swainsboro and Christian Adams of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Jerome Samples, Mary Strobridge of Swainsboro, Nancy Shimoyama of Swainsboro and Andrea Elliott Loganville (Steven); and his stepdaughters, Davon McGruder of Statesboro and Iesha McGruder of Statesboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many friends.
