She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynette Warren and Boy Warren of Oak Park. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Braddy Sapp (Jason) of Portal and Jimmy Wray Braddy (Polly) of Metter; her husband Jimmy D. Braddy; her adoptive daughter Michelle Lyons of Swainsboro; her grandchildren, Denny Sapp (Jobie), Cassy Surrency (Tyler), Jaci Sapp, Nat Henry Braddy, Fisher Braddy and Jansley Braddy; her great grandchildren, Tatum Surrency and Brynnlyn Sapp; her son Rusty Braddy; her granddaughter Jade Braddy; and her brothers, Freddy Warren and Wray Warren. She is also survived by her 2 sisters and a brother she loved dearly, their spouses, many extended nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401).
The family asks in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the JAB Foundation established in her late granddaughter Jade's honor. Donations can be mailed to JAB Foundation, 3421 Jones Road, Metter, Georgia.
