He was predeceased by: his parents, John Homer and Beulah Pearl Tatum. He is survived by: his children, Philip Tatum of Swainsboro, Bill Tatum (April) of Rutherfordton, NC, Michelle Stanford (T. K.) of Gatlinburg, TN, Elizabeth Black of Swainsboro and Emily Tatum of Swainsboro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several other family members, and a host of friends.
