He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. M. F. Price and Esther Price (Harrison) of Wrightsville; his daughter Jessica Lynn Price; and his sister Barbara "Bonnie" Price Odom. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Price (Johnson) of Swainsboro; his children, Marcus Floyd Price III (Tabatha) of Warner Robins and Jennifer Fitzner (Tripp) of Swainsboro; his grandsons, Song Fitzner, Elic Fitzner, Nate Price and Cameron Price; his sister-in-law Margaret Johnson (Lewis) of Dublin; and his nieces and nephews, Nicky Neal (Travis), Gena Sapp (Ricky) of Louisville and Jeff Johnson (Melinda) of Dublin.
