It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Kersey Bargeron of Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Waldon Kersey and Grace Stevens Kersey; her husband Ray Bargeron; and her siblings, Bonnette Rowland and Leon Kersey.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Bargeron and Jimmy Bargeron; her grandsons, Hunter Bargeron (Averi), Holden Bargeron Greysn Bargeron (Emily) and Trey Chapman; her great grandchildren, Beverly Everett and Dovie Grace Bargeron; and her sister Laverne McNure (George). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
