He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Sue Ashley; and his brother John Marvin Brady. He is survived by: his wife Brandi Phan of Swainsboro; his children, Heath Phan of Oak Park, Brandyn Phan (Jaylynn) of Swainsboro, Shannon Phan of Swainsboro, Brianna Phan of Lyons and Adriana Phan of Swainsboro; his siblings, Micah Phan, Elizabeth Mia Phan and Regina Phan; and his grandchildren, Waylon Windham and Lily Phan.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401).
