He is survived by : his wife Vicki Perkins of Swainsboro; his children, Nicholas Perkins (Keila) of Swainsboro and Audrey Perkins of Swainsboro; his granddaughters, Sarah Jo Perkins, Madison Perkins and Bailey Duckworth; and his sister-in-law Gloria Perkins of Watkinsville.
