He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Jordan, Sr. and Lizzie Lee Wright Jordan; and his brothers, Otis Jordan, Jr. and James L. Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Lanell Jordan of Swainsboro; his children, Nicholas Jordan (Beatrice) of Swainsboro, D'Angelo Jordan (Jada) of Swainsboro and Jamia Jordan of Swainsboro; his siblings, Michael Jordan of Swainsboro and Denise Jordan of Swainsboro; his grandchild Kyrie Jordan; and his goddaughter Erin Rackins of Swainsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
