He is survived by: his parents, Billy James and Elaine James; his sons, Matt Meeks and Justin Meeks; his brothers, Dennis Meeks (Shannon) and William James; and his close friend Vicky Hutcheson. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (427 N Main St, Swainsboro, GA 30401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sardis Cemetery.
