She was predeceased by: her son John Charles Barnes II; her daughter-in-law Leann B. Barnes; her brothers, Robert Shannon Hall, Jr. and John Amherst Hall; her grandson John Charles Barnes III; and her great grandchild Anna Grace Dickens.
She is survived by: her sons, Henry Russ "Rusty" (Terri Barnes III), Robert Christopher "Chris" (Karen Boyd) and A. Donald "Donny" (Adrienne "A. J." Boyd Jr., Jr.); her grandchildren, Tara C. Barnes, Gina, Brian Conway, Abigale "Abby" Boyd and Blakley Boyd; her great grandchild Joseph Conway; her great great grandchild Rylee Conway; and her close friend Shontae Roper.
