Sampson of Register, GA, Devante of Register, GA, Ashley Gordon of Register, GA and Savannah Brunson of Register, GA; his siblings, Vera Lee Wright of Statesboro, GA and Ernest Sampson of Rocky Ford, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Watkins of Rocky Ford, GA, Stephen Greer (Janice), Nathaniel Battle (Johnna), Stewart Allen Battle and Lee Ann Battle-Key (Scott) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
