He was predeceased by: his father Clayton R. Fountain; and his siblings, Clayton A. Fountain and Becky Altman (Sherman Griffis). He is survived by: his son Ben Fountain (Marissa); his mother Ruth Jarriel; his granddaughter Olivia; and his sisters, Terry Wilson, Belinda Edwards (Roger) and Patricia Wright (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Effingham Memorial Gardens (880 GA-119, Springfield, GA 31329).
