He was predeceased by: his parents, John Soloman Howard and Marion Eudell Howard; his siblings, Mardell Carter, Johnny Howard and Debbie Mock; and his niece Regina Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Howard; his children, Jeffery Howard, Michelle Burnsed (Chris) and Mark Howard (Mandy); his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Charolette, River, Addison, Logan, Ariana, Jacob (Chasey), Clara and Leah; his great grandchildren, Alaina and Kalissa; and his siblings, James Howard, Ann Price (Bill) and Patricia Lariscy. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
