We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 87, Edell Bassett of Sylvania, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawrence Murray and Maxie Austin Murray of Newington, GA; her husband W. R. "Skeet" Johnson; her son William Ray Johnson; and her siblings, Elma Oliver, Myrtle Rooker, Mary Lee and Herman Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Steve Johnson and Loretta Johnson of Sylvania. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
