She was predeceased by: her daughter Regina Ann Bowen; her parents, Charles Rowe and Edna Rowe; and her siblings, Fred Rowe, Charlie "Bubba" Rowe and Mollie Jane Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Taylor (Kenneth) of Sylvania and Ed "Marty" Bowen (Jennifer) of Millen; and her siblings, Rayford Rowe of Townsend, Tom Rowe (Connie) of Townsend, Hank Rowe of Townsend and Margaret Boings (Tom) of North Carolina. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
