He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorey Mark and Annie Mae Hagan Lastinger; and his wife Lorene NeSmith Lastinger. He is survived by : his daughter Rebecca; his son-in-law Larry Rosier; his son Terry Lastinger; his grandchildren, Paul Rosier and Heather Rosier; his great grandchildren, Leo Joyner, Tyler Joyner and Zachary Joyner; his brother Doy; his sister-in-law Janie Lastinger; and his nieces and nephews, Stevie and Cindy Lastinger.
