He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Parker and Georgia Parker. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Parker; his children, Deborah Collins (Jay), Steven Parker (Anita) and Peggy Helmly; his grandchildren, Justin, Jared Collins, Taylor, Stanley, Georgia Parker, Katie and Victoria Helmly; and his brothers, Richard Parker (Kay) and Ray Parker (Joyce). He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
