Gloria Maxine Sheffield Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Maxine Sheffield (Sylvania, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Heath Lee and Nancy Lola Williams Lee; her husband Alton Gene Sheffield; her brother George Terrell Lee; and her son Bobby Dewayne Sheffield.
She is survived by: her children, Lagina Sheffield Evans and Randall Sheffield (David L. Potts); her grandchildren, Brandy (Eric Thompson) and Blake (Paige Evans); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Eve Thompson and Winley Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
Remembrances can be made by flowers or donations to the First Baptist Church of Sylvania Music Fund.
