He is survived by: his wife Vivian Timms Wiggins of Sylvania; his children, Jim Wiggins (Tom Williams) of Sylvania, Tami and Dutch Heidler of Greensville, SC; his daughter-in-law Pam Powell Wiggins; and his siblings, Dolly W. Welch of Garland, TX. and Gene (Bonnie Wiggins). He is also survived by five grandsons.
