She is survived by: her children, Shirley Barnes of Hiltonia, GA, Faye Herrington (Edward) of Hiltonia, GA, Doeshes Brinson (Linsey) of Hiltonia, GA, Brenda Herrington (Stanley) of Hiltonia, GA, Lynda Anderson (Steve) of Hiltonia, GA, Greg Herrington, Butch Herrington (Carol), Randy Herrington (Chasitie), Keith Prescott and Richard "Reggie" Anderson of Sylvania; and her brothers, Mickey Prescott (Eloise) of Hiltonia, Gary Prescott (Vivian) of Hiltonia and Billy Prescott of Hiltonia.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gaines Funeral Home (301 US-301 Frontage, Sylvania, GA 30467). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Screven County High School (110 Halcyondale Rd, Sylvania, GA 30467). A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
