He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen McQuaig and Helen McQuaig; and his sisters, Jeanette Nettles, Regina Lane and Marty McQuaig.
He is survived by : his son Richard (Bambi McQuaig); his wife Edythe McQuaig; his sons, Dale (Rachel McQuaig), Donnie (Cindy McQuaig) and Mark (Kim McQuaig); and his sister Joan Crowley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
