It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Retta Hester of Sylvania, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Henry Edwards and Dorothy Scurry Edwards Brannen; and her stepfather James W. "Bill" Brannen. She is survived by : her husband Rick Harris Hester; her sons, Jason (Wendy Oliver) and Daniel Edwards Oliver; her sisters, Anne (James Zuber) and Nancy (Ed Seufert); her grandchildren, Kameron (Kayla Oliver) and Brannen Oliver (Lacey Mabli); and her pets, Maggie and Cricket.
