It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rockie Lewis of Sylvania, Georgia, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Rockie was loved and cherished by many people including: wife Mable Saxon-Lewis; children, Julian Lewis (Phyllis), Rayfield Lewis (Yulonda), David Lewis (Harriet), Luvirda Lewis, Audrey (James), Cynthia Lewis, Judy Lewis and Rosa Lewis; and siblings, Milton Lewis, Bishop Moses Lewis (Essie), Sarah Mae Lewis (Joe), Anna Jane Shipp and Margaret Harden. Rockie was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
