He was predeceased by : his siblings, Ethel Mae Williams Dickey, Barney Loyd Williams, Sylvester Williams, James Marion Williams, Freddie Thomas Williams, Donald Williams, Welbon Bland and Betty McBride; and his sister-in-law Judy Williams.

He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Williams; and his brother Charles Williams.
