She is survived by: her husband Dennis Blackburn, Sr.; her children, Lesley Joyner (Chris), Cathy Adams (Bobby), Dennis Blackburn, Jr. (Carole) and Marvin Blackburn (Melissa); her brothers, Gary Cave and Roger Cave (Janice); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Blackburn (Joey), Christopher Blackburn, Kayla Oliver (Kameron), Kendall Williams (Jack), Jamie Adams (Kayley), Paige Weyhrauch (Brandon), Morgan Clements (Matt), Garrett Roberts (Veronica), Julia Dews (Gage), Hailey Adams, Dylan Robinson (Melissa), Dalton Joyner (Madalyn) and Cassidy Kile. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
