He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy R. Hendrix and Betty Daniel Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Champion Hendrix; his daughters, Jennifer Hendrix McDougald (Kelly) and Whitney Hendrix; his grandchildren, Ben, Kolton and Brooks; his siblings, Debbie Hendrix Porterfield (Bill) and Keith Hendrix (Laurie); his siblings' children, Jim Champion (Mary) and Allison Champion Sumner (Taylor); and also Billy.
